Thanks Jeff. I'll review. While we're on the subject of the A&F, I want to bring up again a matter that I had brought up some weeks ago. Most of our standing committee meetings are viewable through Zoom. This one, arguably one of the most important meetings, other than the Board meeting itself, is not. As it turns out, I will not be able to make the trip to Denver this time around. So, lack of Zoom access certainly affects me. But I imaging it affects others as well. Perhaps a straw poll of the Board is in order here. How many Board members feel that this meeting should be remotely accessible? I'll vote yes, of course. I think it should. Anyone else ??
