In consultation with Director Milnes, Rosalie White has appointed Randy Stimson, KZ7T, as Oregon Section Manager to fill out the current term following the recent recall election. Randy has extensive experience, having served as Oregon SM from January 1987 to June 1998. He was far removed from the recall election fray and understands the importance of moving quickly to bring everyone together and begin healing wounds caused by the recall.
