ODV, I've heard recently from several members that they have been waiting many months for their VUCC/DXCC certificates, including apparently as long as last November/December! Is this "problem" limited to just members in the Delta Division or is it more widespread? (Or is the waiting period for these certificates now six months or more?) Thanks and 73, Mickey K5MC
