Dear Officers, Directors and Vice-Directors,

As some of you may have heard or seen, HQ sent out a survey to recent
Sweepstakes Participants.  Some of you may be receiving complaints from
CAC members about that survey.

This survey was done at the request of the PSC, and was to be done in
coordination with the CAC.  While not an excuse, there appears to have
been a complete breakdown in that process, with some people assuming
communications and coordination that never happened.

We can and must do better. I pledge to restore an environment of trust
and respect, where staff and volunteers work together for the benefit of
ARRL and ham radio.  In that regards, feel free to disseminate this
email to anyone concerned.
