As noted in the Attached proposed Motion, at its last meeting the Board  establish an Ad Hoc Committee to prepare and Proposed Rules and Procedures for the Ethics and Elections Committee.  The Motion and proposed Rules (Attachment A) will be included in the materials to be considered at the upcoming Board Meeting.  In order to give the Board Members an opportunity to review the proposal prior to distribution of the Board Books Thursday evening we are forwarding copies now.
