It's the same situation that has plagued us for a while, Bob. At times of peak demand the site can't keep up.
By approving the amended budget plan last week the Board did its part to fix it. By now I know better than to promise a specific date for anything related to IT, but Rackspace should have the new hardware configuration in place within a couple of weeks.

Is anyone else having problems with the website? I can reach the site, but then moving around within the site is very slow, and if I try to log on It takes forever or I get a 502 message.
At this moment, I just got logged in, and it seems to be allowing me to navigate around. Is there any way to determine why it is so inconsistent? HELP.
