Was great fun today. Worked about 300 total, including W100AW on 5 bands (6 mode QSO's), W1AW/4 on 7 bands (10 mode QSO's), W1AW/8 on 4 bands, and Board members N3KN, K1ZZ, K0QB, K9JF, N5ZGT, N2YBB, and WY7FD, with some on multiple bands. Heard, but missed, K0CA.

Way to go, gang!

A good first day indeed!  I made about 200 contacts on 10 and 15 during some spare time. Worked K1ZZ, K5UR/QRPp, K0QB, and several others in the board. Definitely fun chatting with so many members and taking a moment to thank them for their support and involvement. Also worked W1AW/4 in NC, W1AW/8 in WV, and W100AW on 225 Main Street.

See everyone in a few weeks!

The first 19 hours of operation from Newington as W100AW yielded 3,700 QSOs. Coupled with a great start for the W1AW portable operations (especially from North Carolina) and terrific activity in the Centennial QSO Party -- including sterling appearances by many Board members -- the ARRL's 100th anniversary is off to a rollicking beginning!
