Gary:
You
willnot fade from our memories. Best wishes to you for the New
Year.
Dennis
As of
Noon on January 1st I will fade into the long list of ARRL members who have
honorably served as Directors of our fine organization. I have fond memories
of each of you, and hope we can stay in contact as friends.
As you have
already discovered, my successor is a worthy and qualified gentleman who I
believe will represent the Great Lakes Division, Amateur Radio Service, and
ARRL well. I’m sure you will enjoy meeting and working with Jim throughout his
coming term. Dick is also highly qualified, and you will find him to be a
valuable resource to the Board, as he has been to me during my time as
Director.
I wish each of my colleagues and friends on the board and
staff a safe and fun New Year’s Eve.
73, Gary
