It was my understanding (from a thread here on ODV) that Mr. Minster has already reached out to the QSO Today with a message similar to that expressed by E&E.

I would recommend to you and any board member that you communicate with Mr. Minster directly.

Unfortunately I think I was also affected by the previous advice by
CEO Minster to QSO today as I was not invited by them to make a
presentation. (I presented for the last two, even powering through
their endless technical issues the second go around).

I think some communication to them should be made that it's okay for
us to go and make technical presentations with the proper
stipulations. I'm certainly not going to go to them and contradict
what was previously said. Therefore I think that whoever was
communicating with them should relay this to them.
