You probably know Shelly, and the contribution she has made over the years to making our magazines and books a reality.  And of course her husband, John, who was the designer and original coder of Logbook of the World.  What a distinguished couple!

I wanted to share this email from her with you upon her retirement.  We are going to miss the stability, positivity, and professionalism that Shelly brings to ARRL every day.

Thank you for the gift. The last few years at the League have been good years. The changes, the people, and the leadership has brought new life to the League, a change that was needed. It makes me happy to know the League is moving forward with strength.

There is new air in the League, positive energy that makes coming in the building a good experience and a nice way to start the day.

Thanks for making my last years, great years. I’m leaving happy, knowing I was able to contribute to ARRL and the future.
