Hi everyone!

On this issue regarding 27.850 - 28.000, it may have some noteworthy points. But, Dave brought up some things to consider. I think some of the other comments are worth considering, too, especially what Maxwell and Frenaye brought up. I am not against it, but given some of these points, it seems we need to look into the issue more closely and the consequences.
