Greetings Today's FCC releases show our 5 MHz petition for rule making having been afforded file number RM-11785. The comments are due Monday, March 20. We will likely file short comments in favor of our own petition but there should be many others in support of it as well. 

Public notice attached. We can live with the "AARL" reference. It happens all the time. Non-rocket scientists work in the FCC Secretary's office.
