Greetings. Attached is my report to the Board. It unusually includes a report from a member of the Board of Directors as an Appendix. Mr. Lisenco's report to the Board on ARRL's legislative advocacy effort is attached without editing in any way. Mike asked that I include this in my report so as to preserve the confidentiality of the report. I am pleased to accommodate Mike and his report is a good counterpoint to my own discussion of our legislative effort in my own report. 

I will be pleased to answer any questions that you have, prior to or at the upcoming Board meeting.
