I want to thank Dave Siddall and Dan Henderson, plus some others on the Board and Field Organization, for their help in getting this waiver. We asked for it Monday and for whatever reason it took much longer than usual to get approval and required us going back to field personnel and some state agencies for additional information about deployments.
