
Thanks Tom. Comm Daily had that piece also, yesterday, and I sent it to the EC. Frank McCarthy at TKG is taking it over to Senator Inhofe's office (which met with Mike and Frank and me some time ago about this. Inhofe is a pilot and felt that Amateurs and Broadcasters should be exempt categorically from the FAA rules. FAA is reportedly still silent on this.
