Bill,

As I stated in my ODV message of November 26 following the A&F meeting,  it will be out soon. Historically the board receives the Plan during the middle to latter part of December, so it is not late.

The A&F Committee provided feedback to staff to incorporate into the Plan and it will be sent out as soon as it is incorporated. Dave or Barry can provide an update on the current schedule.
