Hello,

This past week you may have received an email from Tom Duncan, KG4CUY, asking if you would be willing to be a presenter for the Huntsville Hamfest forums.  It is with a very heavy heart that I must inform you Tom passed away suddenly not long after sending out the emails.  Tom was a member of several local radio clubs, and was an Elmer, mentor, teacher, and friend to many.  His wisdom and humorous personality are going to be sorely missed by all those who knew him.  https://www.laughlinservice.com/obituaries/Thomas-Kirby-Duncan?obId=20099820#/obituaryInfo

Going forward, please use me as your contact for the Hamfest forums.  If you have already replied to Tom, please send me your information and details if you have any yet.  If you did not receive an email, please accept this as an invitation to participate in this year's Huntsville Hamfest forums.  We will have a lot of challenges to work through this year, but with your help I know we can make this year’s forums a success.   I have included my cell phone as an additional way to get in touch with me.  If I don't answer please leave a message or text me.  I want to hear from you.  

I have also cc’ed Matthew Sager, KI4AJZ, who will be helping me coordinate this year’s event.  In your reply, please keep him on copy so that I have another set of eyes making sure we get the details and needs correct as we approach this year’s hamfest.  If you have presented with us in the past you have likely already met Matthew and me as we helped with projectors and computers for the last several years.
