Dear ODV –

During the Zoom meeting to discuss the 2022 Plan on January 10th, Director Stratton requested that an additional $300,000 be added to the Plan for increased lobbying efforts by a second firm.  The attached documents include this additional spending.  Barring any additional changes at the A&F meeting on January 20, this is the Plan document that is expected to be put forth for board approval.
