Hi Dick and all: I could flood the Board with Winklink stuff, if you want, since K4CJX, the Winlink guru, in my Division. I get copies of correspondence regularly from him, especially after the last EC meeting when he said our revisions to the bandwidth proposal have hurt Winlink. I'm leaving those issues for discussion Thursday night before the Board meeting when Mr. Harrison gives his presentation, plus to Mr. Mondro, who I've talked to about this as well. Suffice it to say, we need to really look closely at the Winlink issue. 73, Rick - K5UR
