To paraphrase a comment by one of my constituents, I am befuddled and
a bit disappointed by the choice of FEMA Administrator, Craig Fugate, KK4INZ,
as our centennial convention banquet speaker.  I would like to know his qualifications, how and why was he selected, and who made the final
decision.  Does anybody know the subject of his presentation?

I have never met or heard anything about Mr. Fugate.  But on the surface,
it seems to me that we could have made a far stronger, attention-getting,
choice for our banquet speaker. 

I sincerely hope that my initial impression/reaction turns out to be
totally wrong.
