This weekend I will be attending the Central States VHF Society Conference along with Director Frahm, held this year in cool colorful Wichita, Kansas. Next weekend I will be attending the ARRL Alaska State Convention in Anchorage, Alaska with Director Fenstermaker.

This is the 42^nd annual conference of Central States, which has been held at various venues in the mid U.S. with two stints to Canada.

The Alaska State Convention, restarting this year after being QRT for a period, is the effort of all of the clubs in the Anchorage area and they have assembled quite an impressive program.
