Paul Rinaldo and I have been asked to attend a government-called WRC preparatory meeting on HF issues in the Washington area tomorrow (Thursday). Neither Paul nor I know what we will have to report afterwards, but I hope it will be progress. If progress is not satisfactory he has begun laying the groundwork for a meeting with the head of the US delegation to WRC-03, Janice Obuchowski.
