Bill Yes the Spectrum change a few weeks ago impacted many reflectors. The company that hosts the Minnesota Wireless Assn reflector contacted Spectrum to find they were trying something new to block the “bad guys”. They had lots of complaints and removed the change. They told my contact it will be a long time before they try that again due to all the issues they created.
