I received it.  Apparently he is the author of the book--but I never heard of him.<br>This is just another spam of the ODV list that is somehow being scraped off the ARRL.org site.<br>The familiar tone of the message is just another &quot;social engineering&quot; tactic to put you off your guard.  Never just click on the hot links in such a message.  They may go somewhere you&#39;d rather not be...<br clear="all">
