Document 30 draws attention to the value of amateur radio spectrum to the commercial interest in the many ways to which our bands may be put to better use in serving more of the population. Documents 29 and 31 address the need to involve youth in our beloved amateur radio experiences, and how such early adoption has been demonstrated to be beneficial to the future lives of those who join our ranks.
