Interesting reading is the now-departed FCC Chairman Kevin Martin's defense, point by point, relative to the House Majority Staff Report. Page 9 of the attached document is his reference to the FCC's handling of the ARRL FOIA and BPL generally. He says, in essence, that all of the BPL decisions were made by his predecessor, Powell, and he allowed the General Counsel's office to defend actions taken by Powell even if he, Martin, personally disagreed with them.
Funny, I never noticed any disagreement expressed by Martin about the FCC's coverup in the BPL proceeding.
