The FCC has terminated an 8-year-old proceeding, WT Docket No. 06-49, dealing with the Multilateration Location and Monitoring Service (M-LMS) that is allocated parts of the 902-928 MHz band. While the ARRL is not mentioned in the Order terminating the proceeding, we were among the commenters who had opposed the adoption of new rules for this service so this outcome is as we had hoped.
