Again it appears the NW Division has established a new standard for innovation and creating excitement for Amateur Radio. AND it is so impressive that even the stodgy Feds thought it had such potential for excitement and unrest that it found it necessary (or the titillation factor was irresistible) to spend two years planning an emergency exercise around it.

Kudos to Director Pace and Vice Director Altus for the foresight to create the Cascade Seduction Zone and their success in using it to promote a national Cascadia Rising event. Boldness, style and out of the box experimentation!!! The profit from the sale of the well photographed/shopped after action reports and the action videos should negate the need for an increase in the NWD's budget for at least a decade.

Now if the other Divisions will follow this example, our national profile will increase dramatically and the opportunities for joint exercises with like minded organizations will expand — and just imagine the new branded product spinoffs that would be possible!

Again, well deserved congratulations to the NWD. :-)
