[arrl-odv:12040] Replies to Oppositions to Petition for Reconsideration, BPL

Greetings. Attached are the three separate (and quite different) replies to various oppositions we received in the BPL proceeding. The opponents raised somewhat different issues, and only two groups could be consolidated. Current stood alone, as you will see. This was a good collaborative effort involving Dave Sumner, Ed Hare, Paul Rinaldo and myself. I especially want to thank Ed Hare for extraordinary performance on the BPL matter. The Board got its money's worth out of Ed and a lot more, let me tell you. This ends the BPL filings for now. FCC will have to sort out the issues on reconsideration. The EC will be discussing the BPL issue, of course, at the meeting next Saturday in Denver. 73, Chris W3KD
