Greetings, All Directors have now voted regarding the resolution put before you by the Executive Committee. "On motion of Mr. Isely, it was unanimously voted to recommend to the Board the adoption of the following resolution, in accordance with Article 6 of the Articles of Association: Resolved, that RM-11306 be withdrawn in order to permit a full discussion and consideration of options at the July meeting of the Board." The vote was 14 in favor, 1 opposed.
