I don't have an exact tally. It is probably an overstatement to suggest that there were NO supportive comments from Winlink people; there were several supportive comments, one of which we cited in our reply comments. For example, there were some very supportive comments from Nick Leggette, N3NL. But the few supportive comments filed were not aimed particularly at encouraging Winlink, which was not the focus of the proposal. So it is hard to tell which of the very few supportive comments were filed by Winlink users and which were filed by others who were merely forward-looking supporters of digital mode experimentation and implementation at HF. Winlink is something of a sideshow here.
