Tnx Bruce. The additional language in Minute 16 includes an
instruction to staff and it was read as part of the motion, so – while language
on the yellow sheet that’s labeled “rationale” is not
included in the minutes – in this case I thought it definitely should be.
Roger on Minute 36. I should have fixed that.

Minute 16: Subsequent to the stricken words, I believe, is
some of the rationale language. It is actually helpful in clarifying the
action but should it 'properly' be included? I don't have any qualms
about including it (actually I support doing so)but was just curious...
Minute 36: It is actually the Second meeting, correct?
