Tnx Bruce. The additional language in Minute 16 includes an instruction to staff and it was read as part of the motion, so – while language on the yellow sheet that’s labeled “rationale” is not included in the minutes – in this case I thought it definitely should be.

Roger on Minute 36. I should have fixed that.

Minute 16:  Subsequent to the stricken words, I believe, is some of the rationale language.  It is actually helpful in clarifying the action but should it 'properly' be included?  I don't have any qualms about including it (actually I support doing so)but was just curious...

Minute 36:  It is actually the Second meeting, correct?

Nil other edits from here.
