Sentence in my cover email with regard to the waiver should read “NOTE: any protocol meeting the stated requirement is permitted (not just the PACTOR IV that was approved in earlier waivers, and not just VARA either if there is something else out there); and the waiver extends for 60 days to include any additional hurricanes during this period, not just Ida (which was the subject of the oral waiver)….
