Fred, Bob,

Just today received an email from from Dave Sumner today.  NTIA runs a two-day course in Disaster Communications Planning in DC and has a one-hour slot for an amateur radio pitch.  He received a request from Eric W3DQ to ask ARRL to provide an instructor.  Normally Jon Silverling would cover this. Unfortunately  Jon Siverling will be at the WRC in Egypt when the NTIA course is running.

It's scheduled after lunch on October 24.  Any volunteers?
