While I do not believe there is any need to repeat this, I request a review by the full Board of Directors of the decision of the Ethics and Elections Committee concerning my Ethics Complaint #1 Against Greg Sarratt, W4OZK Election Qualification. I also request a roll call vote.
Please refer to odv:25724 for the related documents.

Subject: [arrl-odv:25724] Appeal of E&E Decision Concerning W4OZK
Please find attached correspondence with the Ethics & Elections Committee and supporting information. The primary document is “Emails Concerning Complaint Against W4OZK.pdf”.
This complainant should have resulted in Greg Sarratt’s disqualification for one or both of two ethics violations:
1. Accepting monetary and/or in kind campaign contributions from amateur radio retailer Gigaparts
2. Failing to disclose an ongoing relationship with an amateur radio retailer
Note that Sarratt had this relationship in 2013 as a sitting Director running for reelection.
Per Bylaw 41, I hereby request a review by the full Board of Directors of the below decision of the Ethics and Elections Committee. I also request a roll call vote
“Decisions of the Ethics and Elections Committee may be reviewed by the Board of Directors upon the written request of any candidate for that office or five or more Directors. Review shall be limited to the materials submitted to the Ethics and Elections Committee. A majority of the Board of Directors is required to change any decision of the Ethics and Elections Committee.”
