Been poking around looking for the actual regulation and am not finding it.
We had this come up at a state level a few years back, and were able to work with my good friend Senator Honeyford to have an exemption added.
Looks like it has moved beyond state level.

Note that communications towers have the option of being "logged" into the FAA database.

We need to confirm the FAA's requirements and provide our members with instructions on the need and method of compliance.
