18 SEP 2013 - 1651 CDT I am happy to see the dismissal of RM-11699 by the FCC. I'm also a bit surprised the FCC agreed with and quoted some of our comments. Does this portend a return to reality by the FCC when it deals with the Amateur Radio Service? I would like to see this change happen, but I doubt if it will happen during my remaining years. - Dick, W9GIG
