In addition to the seven existing sponsors of HR 4006— Bill Johnson, Joe Courtney, John B. Larson, Mike Bost, Jimmy Panetta, Rose DeLauro, August Pfluger — we now have added Brett Guthrie (R-KY- 2). His co-sponsorship is supposed to become official today. We are waiting on confirmation from other Representatives.

Guthrie is a Member of the House Energy & Commerce Committee and is Chair of E&C's Health Subcommittee. E&C is the committee of jurisdiction through which HR 4006 must move.
