[arrl-odv:34437] Original signed Conflict of Interest Certification Forms

I am requesting that all board members deliver to me at the January board meeting an original copy of the COI statement, signed and dated in ink, that can be kept on file at HQ. I am happy to ensure that our admins have blank forms that can be signed on-site. Sorry for creating noise on ODV. Thanks. David
