I just tried to log on to the web site and was greeted with a 502 Proxy Error.  I opened a new browser, and tried again.  This time, after 37 seconds of waiting for the log-in to take effect, I was finally able to get to ODV and find the document as in the past, using the same method that Marty suggested.  When do we admit it doesn't work, and fix it or replace it?

When I go to ODV and click on the link (that says the alternative addresses are not yet available) I am taken to these alternative addresses.
