As we have been working through the budget process, it has become necessary to restructure and adapt our approach to ARRL's artistic graphics needs. 

As of December 20, 2019 ARRL will no longer maintain an internal graphic design department.  These services will be outsourced.  More information on new processes and procedures will be distributed in the coming weeks.

Change is often difficult, but essential.  We sincerely appreciate the contributions Sue and Diane have provided ARRL over the years and they both have been invited to become part of the consulting pool of graphic artists ARRL will use in the future.
