The new (as of July 2011) procedure for approval of Board meeting minutes by mail vote is not yet second nature to me. I apologize for the delay in putting the minutes before you for approval, which should have been done a couple of weeks ago.
You have already seen the minutes twice: in initial draft on January 25 and in final draft (with very minor changes) on January 29. Another copy of the final draft is attached for convenience.
Please advise me of your vote, aye or nay. Thanks in advance.
