Ed Hare is putting together an email reflector (bpl-local@arrl.org) to help hams in the many BPL teams across the country to better communicate with each other and share ideas. Please note that this is not an open reflector, and it will be limited to 1-3 representatives from each BPL team. This is necessary to keep the message volume and administration under control. In addition to representatives from local BPL teams, it will be open to ODV, SMs, section-level appointees or other official family members who are actively working with BPL teams or closely monitoring BPL in their areas. Ed will add individual SMs who have been in active communication with him on BPL and ensure that the SMs and Division Directors are aware of BPL teams in their areas.
