It's been a bad week so far, at least in terms of losing people close to us.

In addition to Harold Kramer's mother Pearl and Ed Metzger, about whom you already have heard, yesterday evening ARRL retiree Ruth Matyschsyk succumbed after a long illness. She was the mother of Production Coordinator Maty Weinberg, KB1EIB (now you know where the nickname "Maty" comes from). Ruth worked in the Circulation Department from 1972 until her retirement in 1983.
