I responded to Bob directly yesterday but didn’t realize the original message had gone to ODV.

We are working with our e-mail provider to identify the issue. As of this morning, messages had been delivered through arrl.org addresses to comcast.net addresses but we are waiting on direct confirmation from Comcast.

I sent mail today to two arrl.org addresses which were returned with this comment:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

Both comcast addresses, and both arrl.org addresses are valid.  Is there

something that should be done to assure arrl.org is not the cause?
