Tom and I were talking earlier this week about the informal Thursday night session before the Board meeting in January and I suggested that we consider two presentations. One by Brian on the OO Study and the other by Tom on NTS and 21st Century Communications Plan. This will give all of us a chance to get an up to date status report and have some dialogue about each.
