
I agree we should respond but I think it should be an exchange as set forth in the motion rather than a negotiation. Perhaps a "what do you have in mind?" could be directed to K1IR by K1KI with the follow-up along the line you suggested. It seems to me a small working group such as MSC, VRC and A&F chairs would be an orderly way to proceed.
