Harold, Bill Moore's note regarding the deadline for the 2010 DXCC Yearbook unfortunately reminded me of the "difficulties" that have occurred with QSL submissions annually at the end of the year. These difficulties, of course, were minimally manageable backlogs in processing QSL submissions. Unfortunately, it appears that once again there will be no Direct Entry of QSLs from the field to help minimize such a backlog. Is it safe to say that adequate planning will occur to prevent the anticipated backlog from becoming a major aggravation to members . . . and therefore to us directors?
