Rick Lindquist helped me put together the attached bullet points regarding the proposed bandwidth petition. We have distributed them to staff going to Dayton with the overarching instruction that the best thing to do is not to argue, but to listen to people's concerns (and encourage them to share those concerns with their Director) and to share factual information.
