A similar situation exists with respect to the "Code of Conduct of Members of the Board of Directors and Vice-Directors." Remember that "this identifies a framework under which members of the Board will operate to insure good governance and enhance its ability to perform its fiduciary responsibilities while representing the ARRL." I hope that the existence and language of this board action is not being deliberately concealed from the membership. Bizarrely, as of last week, candidates who have submitted petitions to run for the Southwestern Division Vice Director position have not even been made aware of either the existence of this "Code," not to mention its specific language. I would expect something insuring good governance would be the lead story on both the news crawl and the ARRL Letter, and that those who have invested their resources into possibly serving on the board would receive copies before they submit nomination forms. 73, Dick Norton, N6AA On Thu, Feb 23, 2017 at 8:20 AM, James F. One of my constituents asked me whether a link to the January board minutes was ever on the news crawl or the ARRL letter. I may have missed it, but I didn’t see it on either.
Anyone know for sure?
I did get the board minutes via e-mail since I have that checked in my member profile.
